We are an estate planning firm with a special focus on working with families who have minor children or loved ones with special needs.

Unlike many other law firms, we are warm, friendly, and approachable -- never cold or corporate. We want our law practice to be unique and down to earth.

The firm’s two lawyers -- Hillary D. Vaillancourt and Alyson Roberts -- met in law school, where they became best friends. Both are now moms to young children, and both are strong advocates for families. Hillary’s husband, Mike Vaillancourt, is also a part of the team, working behind the scenes as the director of marketing and operations.

Family is #1 for us, and the goal of our work is to help make sure that families are protected. Our practice is virtual, so we can work with clients in all the states where we are licensed: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Virginia. Many of our clients come from Charlotte, Boston, Manchester, Roanoke, and Fairfax. We can also meet you in person in the Charlotte, North Carolina, area and in Southwest Virginia.
