Hillary Vaillancourt, Attorney and Owner, is the proud sister of a brother with special needs. Her lifelong role as his advocate led to the drafting of the Deaf Child’s Bill of Rights, which was later adopted as a regulation in Pennsylvania. That experience shaped Hillary’s belief that every family deserves to be heard, supported, and fully informed throughout the estate planning process.

Hillary’s passion for advocacy also stems from her own childhood. After losing her father unexpectedly, she watched her mother juggle full-time work and education to provide for four children. When the family needed legal help for her brother, they didn’t know where to turn. That memory continues to fuel Hillary’s desire to be a trusted, approachable guide for families navigating difficult decisions.

Mike Vaillancourt, our Client Services Director—and Hillary’s husband—brings his own perspective shaped by personal loss. Having lost his father over twenty years ago and, more recently, his best friend, Mike understands how crucial it is to have your wishes clearly documented. He works closely with clients to make the estate planning process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
